Adminstrative Assistant

Dreamkids Zambia Limited a not-for-profit organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The individual should be a Christian, efficient and comfortable being a member of a team with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, good problem solver and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, supplies and inventory
  • Respond to questions and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders
  • Make errands to various stakeholders out of the office
  • Help preparing and organizing the Dreamkids Zambia events and meetings
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the superiors

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Grade 12 certificate
  2. Minimum diploma in business admin/secretarial with proven experience as an administrative assistant
  3. Proficient in MS Office suite
  4. Details oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  5. Exceptional communication skills
  6. Numerate, with strong attention to detail
  7. Self-driven and motivated with an ability to take responsibility for actions
