Project Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide support for the successful delivery of Technology projects as per MTNZ business plan
  • Provides support for Projects delivery regarding schedule performance so that project timelines are met
  • Identifying project risks and liaising with Implementation for their mitigation
  • Updating of project status report
  • Ensure projects are accepted according to MTN’s acceptance procedures for Technical Acceptance PAT.FAC
  • Proper Filling Of All Project Documents and maintaining of project documentation and lists
  • Following up to ensure weekly progress reports are handed in according to the agreed format and on time
  • Provide Status Reports On All Relevant Cross Functional Projects
  • Accurate And Auditable Project Documentation
  • Up to date complete project report
  • Provide post implementation reviews and benefits analysis reviews

Candidate Requirements

  • First degree or equivalent from reputable institution
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a programme office
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a telecommunications environment
  • Computer literature (MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point & Vision)
